Omelette Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Add the potatoes, mushrooms, and onions in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Cook until the potato is fully done.
  3. Mix the egg whites with the whole egg in a bowl.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and pour the mix into the skillet.
  5. Cook the omelette on both sides until golden.
  6. Add the lettuce and tomato on top of the tortilla and roll it.
  7. Enjoy your omelette rolls!
