Ingredients

  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 spinach leaves
  • 4 turkey slices, low sodium

Preparation

  1. Cut the turkey in slices.
  2. Stack the turkey with the tomatoes and spinach.
  3. You can use a toothpick or a skewer to hold the tower.
