Steak and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 oz beef sirloin
  • 1/4 cup scallion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp natural tomato sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Season the beef with scallions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Wash the onions and tomatoes and slice into thin juliennes.
  3. Fry the tomatoes, onions, tomato sauce and garlic with olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Add the beef with a little bit of water (1/2 cup) and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and turn the beef over to get a nice broil on both sides.
  6. Fry the egg white.
  7. Serve the beef with the sauce and the egg on top.
  8. Accompany it with salad and enjoy!
