My name is Elizabeth Guardado, I am Salvadoran and I live in Florida. I had always been active and had no problems with my weight, but since I moved with my family to Florida, I spent my time being at home. My husband worked all day, my children went to school and after cleaning the house, I sat on the sofa with plenty of food and watched soap operas the rest of the day.
